General Conditions of Use Gift Card

These terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards purchased exclusively online at www.borrominifirenze.it (hereinafter, “Gift Card”). By purchasing a Gift Card you accept these terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”). Gift Cards are issued by RVMSrl , with registered office in Via Mottola, Km. 2,2, 74015, VAT number / Tax Code 02759200732 (hereinafter the “RVM”), which reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on the website www.borrominifirenze.it .

Gift Cards can only be used online at www.borrominifirenze.it and are not valid in our physical stores. You can use the Gift Card to pay for the full value or part of the value of your purchase. If the amount of the purchase exceeds the balance available on the Gift Card , you can complete the payment with another payment method. The remaining balance of the Gift Card will be indicated on the transaction receipt.

• Available values
  Borromini Firenze gift vouchers are available in denominations of €50, €100, €150 and €200.
• Online use only
  Gift vouchers can only be used for purchases made online at borrominifirenze.it and are not valid in physical stores.
• Balance and use on multiple orders
  The balance of a gift card can be used on multiple orders as long as there is sufficient remaining balance. The gift card can be applied to the total value of an order, including taxes and shipping charges.
• Use in combination with discount codes
  Gift cards can be used in conjunction with discount codes, allowing you to get additional benefits on your purchases.
• Using Multiple Gift Cards
  Multiple gift cards can be used for a single order, until the available balance is exhausted.
• Gift Cards & Subscriptions
  A gift card can be used for an order that includes the initial delivery of a subscription. However, it cannot be used as a payment method for recurring payments for a subscription. For subsequent payments, an alternative payment method will be required.
• Purchase of other gift cards
  A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift to third parties
  If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, you can customize the card theme and send it directly to the recipient. The gift card will be emailed to you with a unique code to redeem it.
• Gift Card Redemption
  To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code in the appropriate field during checkout. Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
• Gift Card Payment Options
  If the balance of the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can complete the purchase by clicking on "Complete Order". If the balance is less, the customer will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference.
• Checking your balance
  The remaining balance of the gift card can be checked on the dedicated page of the online storefront. Customers can check the balance at any time before making the purchase.
• Validity and expiry
  Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise specified. The balance of a gift card is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
