How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are €7, except for orders over €80, which qualify for free shipping. However, free shipping may vary during promotional periods.
When will I receive my package?
Borromini Firenze guarantees delivery within 2 to 5 working days* for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM. For islands, delivery may require an additional day. Deliveries may be delayed during promotional periods. Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday through Friday. The courier will make three delivery attempts. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse**. If you receive a missed delivery notice, please contact FedEx at the relevant local branch. We recommend providing an address where someone is readily available to receive the package. Once the order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. All orders are processed automatically, and we cannot modify shipping or delivery times. It is not possible to specify a delivery time. The courier delivers Monday through Friday during office hours.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
After your package has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the courier's tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime on this page: https://borrominifirenze.it/traccia-il-tuo-ordine/ by entering your order number and email address.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
If the courier delivers a package that appears damaged, wet, or open, please accept it only with a reservation, specifying the reason for the reservation on the delivery note before signing (e.g., package opened, package wet, etc.). Then, please report the issue by sending an email to our dedicated address: clienti@borrominifirenze.it
