Shipping costs €7, except for orders over €80, for which shipping is free. However, free shipping may vary during promotional periods. Borromini Firenze guarantees delivery within 2/5 working days* for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM.
In full compliance with the provisions of Article 49, paragraph 1), letter h) of Legislative Decree no. 21/ 2014, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to return, at their own expense, the Products if they are not satisfied with them and to keep the Products until then. This period starts from the day of delivery of the order.
Products must be returned to: RVM S.r.l., registered office Via Mottola, Km. 2.2, 74015 Martina Franca (TA). The direct costs of returning the products, i.e., the shipping costs related to their return, will be borne by the user.
Should the Buyer wish to exchange the size of the same product, the shipping costs for collecting the goods and the subsequent new shipment within Italy will be borne by RVM Srl for one time only.
