Standard shipping to Italy is free for orders of €100 or more and costs €10 for orders below €100. For destinations outside Italy, costs and availability depend on the destination and are shown at checkout; no free-shipping threshold applies. The estimated time for Italy is 2–5 business days; outside Italy it depends on the destination, carrier and customs procedures. The consumer may notify RVM of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery and must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of that notice. The direct cost of a return following a change of mind is borne by the customer. For one size exchange of the same product within Italy, RVM S.r.l. covers collection and the subsequent new shipment.
