For destinations outside Italy, costs and availability depend on the destination and are shown at checkout; no free-shipping threshold applies. For non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are not collected at checkout and, where applicable under local law and the shipping terms, may be charged to the recipient by local authorities or the carrier, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. The estimated time for Italy is 2–5 business days; outside Italy it depends on the destination, carrier and customs procedures. Estimates and tracking information do not alter an agreed deadline or statutory rights.
The consumer may notify RVM of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery and must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of that notice. The direct cost of a return following a change of mind is borne by the customer. For one size exchange of the same product within Italy, RVM S.r.l. covers collection and the subsequent new shipment.
